Under the hood, they also share most of their engines choices, including 2L turbo and twin-turbo diesels, a 3L V6 turbo-diesel, and 2.3L I4 turbo gas engine. The only exclusive for the Ranger is the 3L twin-turbo V6 gas engine for the Raptor.

Although there are different bumper designs based on the trim level, the Ranger and Everest share the same basic components, including headlights, grille, hood, fenders, and front doors.
